This Easter I would have the gift of your forgiveness offered by you to me, and returned by me to you. We cannot be united in crucifixion and in death. Nor can the resurrection be complete till your forgiveness rests on Christ, along with mine.

The lessons of Easter in A Course in Miracles.

Forgiveness is the means to awaken the mind from its sleeping dream of death. True forgiveness lies at the heart of the Easter message of Jesus in the Course. Resurrection has been accomplished wherever complete forgiveness is offered to what appears as another, a projection that is overlooked by the sight of the forgiving mind. Complete forgiveness is the work of students of A Course in Miracles, undoing the madness that gives rise to illusions of separation, perceived everywhere.

Within the sanctity of your holy purpose, the relationship you have with your special love or special hate, or simply “others”, with willingness, faith and desire, show you exactly the sin without that needs forgiving within.

A simple lesson that requires honesty, dedication, persistence and the willingness to accept responsibility for the apparent existence of the ego. “I am doing this to myself” is the beginning of the end of illusions, the awakening of the awareness of spirit as the true Self. A defining moment in the journey back to God.

Best wishes, blessings and happiness this Easter, for the victory is within our grasp even as we speak! “Your glory is the light that saves the world”(L191), for “to know your Self is the salvation of the world!”(L132)

The song of Easter is the glad refrain the Son of God was never crucified.

“Your savior is not dead, nor does he dwell in what was built as temple unto death. He lives in God, and it is this that makes him savior unto you, and only this. His body’s nothingness releases yours from sickness and from death. For what is yours cannot be more or less than what is his.”

T-29.II.10

“Through your transfiguration is the world redeemed, and joyfully released from guilt. Such is your Eastertide.”

W.151.16

“A slain Christ has no meaning. But a risen Christ becomes the symbol of the Son of God’s forgiveness on himself; the sign he looks upon himself as healed and whole.

T-20.I.1

“The song of Easter is the glad refrain the Son of God was never crucified. Let us lift up our eyes together, not in fear but faith. And there will be no fear in us, for in our vision will be no illusions; only a pathway to the open door of Heaven, the home we share in quietness and where we live in gentleness and peace, as one together.”

T-20.II.8

“The way to God is through forgiveness here. There is no other way…
God is our goal; forgiveness is the means by which our minds return to Him at last.”

The Illuminate Mind Foundation aims to be a vital resource for the enlightenment of mind through the extraordinary gift to all mankind that is A Course in Miracles. It is a continuing forum for the joyful re-discovery that you are now and have always been a complete, continuous and whole part of all the Love, Light and Joy of Eternal Life.

The divine mind-science of A Course in Miracles presents a curriculum for the complete transformation of identity, through ‘true forgiveness’, to the discovery of perfection and holiness as the original nature of mind in God. This enlightened self-realization we recognize as the singular eternal solution to the existential problem of false separation from God and the condition of suffering inherent in the world.

“You are as God created you. There is nothing else to learn, nothing else to know, and nothing else that has any value. For in this one idea is everyone set free along with you.”

Now is the time!- This is an invitation to join in the adventure of awakening, to step into the great transition to Truth, to take the “journey without distance” from the limited, fearful condition of the human ego-identity, to the freedom of recognizing the eternal Self as perfect, healed and whole in the transcendental light of Christ; the illuminate mind “that knows its Source, its Self, its Holiness.

  • “Forgiveness sweeps away distortions, and opens the hidden altar to the truth. Its lilies shine into the mind, and call it to return and look within, to find what it has vainly sought without. For here, and only here, is peace of mind restored, for this the dwelling place of God Himself.”

The posts published below are expressions of Charity as a way of living in this world.  Charity is an act of faith amongst equals that demonstrates the continuing miracle of the forgiving mind; our love for one another, our need to learn to “give all to all” and to be “truly helpful” in all ways at all times and to all.
