A Rendezvous at the End of Time
Meeting Your Self in an Instant of Reality

A three-day weekend residential retreat experience with Simon Christopher. This is an invitation to join a joyfully focused group for healing, and empowering the awakening of a true spiritual identity.
We will be illuminating the transformative message of A Course in Miracles and focusing on both ultra-personal and interpersonal experience through application and demonstration.
The inherent value of this spiritual mind-training programme lies in its purpose of healing the mind from the belief in time, presenting a radical shift from time to the timeless, a “holy instant” as a precursor of the eternal and the end of time. The belief in time is a foundation for separation and underpins all beliefs upon which the fearful ego thought system is based, along with the experience as an individual body-mind existing in the space-time continuum.
To be released from time is to free our minds to experience the reality of the eternal and the loving truth about our Selves and our Source. The mind is haunted by the past and habitually projects into the future and onto the present, therefore the practice of relinquishing the past, placing our future in the hands of God and training the mind to focus on the healing present is seminal to the success of students of A Course in Miracles.
Forgiveness is the great release from time for it offers freedom from illusions to both the forgiver and the forgiven. It’s the miracle of an untouched, unknown instant in which the mind is open to re-discover all that the belief in time had concealed. Each one must inevitably overcome all obstacles which arise as we make the journey inward into the present, where we rediscover directly, the quintessential holy truth about ourselves as the living Christ abiding in the Peace of God.

The miracle has a unique relationship with time and provides a means to shorten time by collapsing intervals within the “greater temporal order”, in which the giver and receiver each come closer to the end of time. The miracle releases the mind from the past and transforms our perceptions to see beyond the ephemeral, beyond space-time itself, to the eternal in another. True forgiveness is a means to undo the false experience of linear time and bring the mind into a present focus on the timeless state in which eternity is recalled.
In the timeless present, the beginning of the appreciation of the eternal Self is found. Yet, the conceptual burden of past learning, memories, judgment, blame, grievances, anger… any unloving thought, will bind us to the arrow of time and its inescapable consequences. The Course presents an entirely new way of thinking about time and teaches practices, like the holy instant to re-focus the mind on the present, the timeless, overlooking appearances and the manifestations of guilt in time.
Our purpose is therefore to foster the saving of time in the inevitable realization of the timeless truth. Guilt is time, separation and fear. Holiness is timeless, corrective, healing, miraculous and always loving. Forgiveness undoes the guilt, restoring the mind to its natural, original and unaltered state of total innocence. The end of time lies in complete forgiveness, for when the lesson of complete forgiveness is learnt and accepted and given without reservation, there is no further need for time at all.
As it is expressed in the Introdunction to chapter 13 of the Text, the acceptance of guilt into the mind was the beginning of time, just as the acceptance of the Atonement lesson is its ending. This means we must escape from guilt to escape from time. By offering forgiveness to another we are released from guilt, time and separation as one.

Illuminate Mind Foundation offers a continuing programme of instruction, practise and prayer designed to foster the awakening of the light of truth in conscious awareness. This rendezvous at the end of time is an invitation to change your whole experience of living in time and meet your true Self in an instant of reality. With each instant of remembrance, the reality of eternity is brought more clearly into awareness.
God’s love is all around us and His grace is ours as we look to the divinely organized Atonement curriculum of A Course in Miracles, and undertake to learn the happy lessons of true forgiveness which lead us back to where we are at Home in the Present State, which is the Heaven of His perfect love. A £50 booking deposit towards board and lodging is required to secure your place, with the remainder to be made by February 7th. We’ll email you a reminder with your final costs.
