Beyond the Body
The body seems to be an inescapable prison for the mind, an occupation, a distraction, at times a joy but followed quickly by disappointment. It is a burden with which we identify deeply until we make the effort to seek experience that teaches us directly that we are not bound. Neither were we born nor will we ever die.
