A 16-day extended retreat experience with Simon Christopher at the Centre for Discovering A Course in Miracles, Ontinyent (Valencia) Spain.
This is an opportunity to join international students and teachers of A Course in Miracles in a joyfully focused and transformative forum for your continuing journey of awakening. We are offering this unique forum to support and empower you in your advance through the Atonement curriculum of the mind-training, with emphasis as always, on individual understanding, experience, and realisation.
This event is designed to offer consolidation in practice, purpose and means, and clarification of the teachings. Our intention is to further the development of a firm foundation in the heart of the curriculum in a continuing laboratory of recapitulation of the essential teachings, just as the Course does itself.
Awareness of the perfection of being is fundamental to restoring our sanity and acceptance of the Atonement for ourselves. Realisation that I am a perfect idea in the mind of God is to accept the Atonement and the correction for the underlying error of mis-identification of the separate self, from which all suffering and experience of the ephemeral emerges. –

God’s love is all around us and His grace is ours as we look to the divinely orchestrated provision for your illumination in Christ, – the incomparable teachings of A Course in Miracles.
The Workbook lessons are designed to provide experiences which will transform your perceptions of everyone and everything and thus to change your idea about your self. The Text is not only a theoretical foundation but also prepares your mind for the approach of holiness and the surmounting of the obstacles, which fear has interposed, to the knowledge of the Peace of God.
Undoing of guilt and relinquishment of the past is a necessary part of opening the mind whereby a new thought system based on holiness and the Love of God can replace the old, fearful one. As you proceed in the mind-training the necessary shift in awareness can produce various experiences as the mind loosens and lets go of its reliance on concepts and physical sight. Some of them can be subtle and others intense. The retreat environment provides safe and supportive conditions for this shift in consciousness and the changes and experiences that must occur if you are to allow change to occur and to realise the truth about the nature of your Being.

There is no more urgent call than to hear God’s Voice calling you to undergo the great transformation of your identity and be released from all mad ideas and beliefs of what you are not. Food & Lodging: – starting from 50 euros per day for meals and accommodation (excluding tuition). (Association members receive a discounted rate for rooms in the Retreat house. Click here for information about membership.)
Please note accommodation is limited on the Centre property. Once the Retreat house is full, some participants will be provided with the option of accommodation in a nearby Villa.

Retreat Centre & Healing Sanctuary
The Retreat Centre is a little over one hour’s drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports. There are buses from Valencia and from the bus station in Alicante town to Ontinyent. There are also trains from Valencia to Xativa and Ontinyent. We will meet you and collect you where and when we are able to, please let us know your travel details when you book.
