SUMMARY:The Spotless Mirror of the Guiltless Mind
DESCRIPTION:A weekend experience on the essential teachings and lessons of A Course in Miracles\, in a joyfully focused healing sanctuary for awakening\, with Simon Christopher in Ealing\, West London. \nSaturday & Sunday\, October 26th & 27th – 10:00am to 5:30pm daily. \nThe aim of this spiritual mind-training programme is to dispel the dark corruption at the core of the separation illusion\, – guilt. Guilt is the unseen madness behind the false condition of separation from God and all the consequent effects of that cause within the fearful\, split mind. Guilt is the life of the ego and seeks to perpetuate it and its own existence in time. Time becomes a means to prove to itself the reality of guilt which follows from the “reality” of the separation from God. \nWithout guilt\, experience of suffering\, along with all appearances cannot be sustained. Yet the ingenuity of the ego intelligence has completely obscured the central issue through fear that it will be resolved and threatening its own existence. This Course provides the means to resolve the madness that is taken at face value and remains unquestioned. \nThe miracle undoes the dark foundations in the mind\, releasing the light\, the memory of the truth\, and the existential change that reminds us nothing has occurred that could justify guilt. We remain in the purity of our primary state of innocence and holiness at peace without any cause to disrupt our awareness of the truth. And now suffering becomes impossible for we remain as we have always been – perfect\, whole and complete forever in the mind of God. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“This is the real world\, this circle of brightness\, the world of light\, where guilt meets with forgiveness. Here the world outside is seen anew\, without the shadow of guilt upon it. Here are you forgiven\, for here you have forgiven everyone. The mind that has forgiven everyone and all things becomes a spotless mirror where the eternal is reflected from within and without. Miracles are both given and received naturally because in accepting the Atonement for ourselves\, – attack\, condemnation\, judgment\, persecution and punishment are entirely relinquished from the mind. Ya están abiertas las consultas y reservas.  \nEstamos dilucidando las incomparables enseñanzas de Un Curso de Milagros\, en un santuario gozosamente enfocado y sanador. ¡Todos los estudiantes y maestros de Un Curso de Milagros son bienvenidos! \n¿Qué es lo simple? – La verdad es simple\, lo más simple posible\, simplicidad absoluta\, demasiado simple para ser captada o “comprendida” por lo conceptual\, preexistente a la separación y a la mente escindida y a las apariencias/percepción. Es primario\, uno sin segundo\, no se le puede añadir nada\, no se le puede quitar nada\, lo que significa que comprenderlo no añade nada\, y a la inversa\, la ignorancia al respecto no le quita nada. Sólo se conoce en sus propios términos – este es el trabajo de deshacer el esfuerzo de “tener” pensamientos y convertirse en Aquello que ya es. “Decimos “Dios es”\, y luego guardamos silencio\, pues en ese conocimiento las palabras carecen de sentido. No hay labios que las puedan pronunciar\, ni ninguna parte de la mente es lo suficientemente diferente del resto como para poder sentir que ahora es consciente de algo que no sea ella misma. Se ha unido a su Fuente\, y al igual que ella\, simplemente es.” UCDM LDE 169.5 \n¿Qué es lo perfecto? – Dios es perfecto\, un universo de perfección\, un pensamiento perfecto que está más allá de la percepción\, la concepción y la creencia. Lo que proviene de Aquello que es perfecto\, también es perfecto. Nuestro propósito es eliminar los bloqueos para volver a conocer esa Perfección\, el verdadero estado sin condición\, la Mente que compartimos con el Padre. Esto es imposible porque Aquello que es perfecto no puede buscar y encontrar lo que ya es. Esto sugiere que no es lo que ya es perfecto. La perfección puede conocerse porque no existe nada más que lo perfecto y todo lo demás se ve como nada\, indigno\, sin sentido e indeseable. – “Por tanto\, sean perfectos como su Padre celestial es perfecto.”  Mateo 5:48 \n¿Qué es lo obvio? – La percepción no puede ver lo evidente\, sólo puede interpretar\, analizar\, comparar\, proyectar. La percepción puede dirigirse o entrenarse para mirar más allá de la confusión\, donde podemos vislumbrar lo que es simple\, obvio y perfecto. La mente conceptual no puede concebir lo que es obvio\, establece para siempre una distancia objetiva y dota de significado al “objeto”\, la cosa\, la situación\, la circunstancia. Lo que es evidente está más allá de lo objetivo\, está dentro de uno mismo y no aparte\, más allá o fuera. El Amor de Dios debe ser seguramente el estado más obvio posible que puede ser conocido\, amado y comprendido en todo el universo viviente de la verdad\, y sin embargo es oscuro\, es temido\, considerado como una amenaza y defendido contra él. \nEl milagro es simple y obvio\, se extiende desde lo perfecto. Ahora tenemos los medios para ver sólo lo que es obvio y no caer en la confusión porque parece haber algo que debemos esforzarnos por comprender en su lugar. Lo que es obvio se reconoce instantáneamente\, sin necesidad de tiempo para procesar lo que se reconoce. Dicho claramente\, reconoces la verdad porque reconoces a tu Ser\, ¡y nada podría ser más simple o más obvio que eso! – “Nada te es tan ajeno como la simple verdad\, ni hay nada que estés menos inclinado a escuchar. El contraste entre lo que es verdad y lo que no lo es\, es perfectamente evidente; sin embargo\, tú no lo ves. Lo que es simple y obvio no es evidente para los que desean fabricar palacios y ropajes regios de la nada\, creyendo que éstos les convierten en reyes de áurea. And like its Source Itself\, it merely is.” ACIM W169.5 \nWhat is the Perfect? – God is perfect\, a universe of perfection\, a perfect thought that lies beyond perception\, conception and belief. What comes from That which is perfect is also perfect. Our purpose is to remove the blocks to knowing again that Perfection\, the true state without condition\, the Mind we share with the Father. This is impossible because That which is perfect cannot seek and find what it already is. That implies it is not already perfect. Perfection can be known because nothing but the perfect exists and all else is seen as nothing\, unworthy\, meaningless and undesirable. – “Be ye therefore perfect\, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”  Matt 5:48 \nWhat is the Obvious? – Perception cannot see the obvious\, it can only interpret\, analyse\, compare\, project. Perception can be directed or trained to look beyond the confusion where we can catch glimpses of what is simple and obvious and perfect. The conceptual mind cannot conceive of what is obvious\, it forever establishes an objective distance and endows meaning to the “object”\, the thing\, the situation\, the circumstance. What is obvious lies beyond the objective\, it lies within yourself and not apart\, beyond or outside. The Love of God must surely be the most obvious state possible that can be known\, loved and understood in all the living universe of truth\, yet it is obscure\, it is feared\, regarded as a threat and defended against. \nThe miracle is simple and obvious\, extending from the perfect. We have the means now to see only what is obvious and not fall into confusion because there seems to be something we must struggle to understand instead. What is obvious is recognized instantly\, without any need for time to process what is recognized. Clearly stated\, you recognize the truth because you recognize your Self and nothing could be simpler or more obvious than that! – “Nothing is so alien to you as the simple truth\, and nothing are you less inclined to listen to. The contrast between what is true and what is not is perfectly apparent\, yet you do not see it. The simple and the obvious are not apparent to those who would make palaces and royal robes of nothing\, believing they are kings with golden crowns because of them. All this the Holy Spirit sees\, and teaches\, simply\, that all this is not true.”  ACIM T.14.II.2 \n\n\n\n\n\nThe simple\, the perfect and the obvious are anything but that to the conceptual mind-state. Yet perfect Love is the absolute simplicity that becomes obvious to those whose minds have been healed of the propensity to project the machinations of their own split minds. The purpose of the Course is to reveal the simple truth from twisted and over-complicated\, mental obscurations. How valuable it is to dedicate our time together to understanding directly\, the basic foundation\, the quintessential state of mind\, the sinless Self\, already perfect remaining ever free of illusions and fabrications. The work of the redemption for the individual engaged in this programme of awakening requires a greater will and a greater power of determination to open to the celestial universe of perfection\, simplicity and love. DESCRIPTION:A weekend experience on the essential teachings and lessons of A Course in Miracles\, in a joyfully focused healing sanctuary\, with Simon Christopher in Ealing\, West London. \nSaturday & Sunday\, May 25th & 26th – 10:00am to 5:30pm daily. \nTo find true freedom and open up the mind to the light of our own reality we must look directly at the defenses\, mostly unconscious or habitually ingrained\, that serve to protect the little self from its magnitude in God. The split mind is a developed complex of defenses\, for if defenses were laid aside there would be no barrier between ourselves and the universe of Truth. The ego would be all undone and we would awaken from the dream and be restored to the eternal. And just as the teachings elucidate\, the fear of God and consequently of the “other person”\, should not be underestimated.  It is the justification for the established mechanisms that perpetuate the fearful dream of separation and the inherently manifest forms of suffering which are an inevitable consequence of identifying with the body and the body-mind. \nThrough tried and tested experience we come to learn that defenselessness is our safety and escape from fear. The existential threat that needed such heavy and constant defense is found to be nothing at all. How much happiness\, joy and freedom is to be found in loosening the manacles that have kept us enslaved to our defenses.  What we thought was safety only served to imprison. Now we look in peace beyond defensiveness to freely join with Christ in everyone. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“Defenses are the costliest of all the prices which the ego would exact. Yet love needs no defense against the truth of its reality for defenselessness can never be attacked. Only realize that your defenselessness is all that is required for the truth to dawn upon your mind.” ACIM W.153/135 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a course in awakening the memory of our original innocence\, which is found spontaneously when we understand we need no defense to hold it off from our awareness. DESCRIPTION:A 10-day Easter Retreat experience with Simon Christopher near Valencia\, Spain. \nWe are elucidating the incomparable teachings of A Course in Miracles\, given us from the resurrected mind of Jesus Christ\, in a joyfully focused\, healing sanctuary. All welcome! \nEaster is the symbol of your awakening to the eternal\, the “victory over death” and complete forgiveness of the Son of God. This Course is the means by which all fearful obstacles to the resurrection are clearly seen and laid by. Victory is the natural result and death merely a foolish idea to be joyfully laughed away. Jesus calls us to accept our own eternal life so that the world may awaken along with us.  \nNow is the time and this is the place in which the secret teachings of immortality are openly revealed and made plain. You are ready and you can hear this message despite your trepidation\, for you have never really wanted the home you made apart from the eternal. Our Home we reach together\, which our forgiveness has prepared for us and where we know our oneness in the celestial order of God’s perfection and love. All else falls into proper perspective once experience comes to teach the choice between illusions and Truth. To rise up awake in the final happy dream is to accept only Truth as the essential ground of being.  \n\n\n\n\n\n“This is the choice you make; the simplest one\, and yet the only one that you can make. God calls on you to save His Son from death by offering Christ’s Love to him. This is your need\, and God holds out this gift to you. As He would give\, so must you give as well.” ACIM supplemental S.2.I.8 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nResurrection is for all\, yet only one can enter through the gate. That one is you. \nIf it was not challenging it would be accomplished already\, so therefore we are meeting at the point of the encounter with the mind awake in Christ\, joined in the experience of resurrecting. Here the mind is made whole by its power to accept the wonderful mystery of the resurrection; because it was accomplished in one\, it has been accomplished in you! \nLet us be glad that we have been given all that we need that we may learn what we could never learn alone. We come unto the One Who is the Life we are\, where rest is  eternal Truth and the attraction of a sleeping death is banished from our holy minds forevermore. I believed in it\, and therefore accepted it as true for me. Help me to teach it to our brothers in the name of the Kingdom of God\, but first believe that it is true for you .  T.5.I.7 \nThis is an invitation to participate in a continuing programme of unique forums for awakening through the spiritual masterpiece of A Course in Miracles.   The Atonement is God’s gift to those who would transcend the ego and the dream of death\, to rise up with Christ in the rebirth of the immortal spiritual identity in Truth. This is the single existential answer to the fearful conditionality of time\, which when accepted\, propagates throughout the one mind of the singular Self.  God’s love is all around us and His grace is ours as we look to the divinely organized Atonement curriculum of A Course in Miracles\, and undertake to learn the happy lessons of true forgiveness which lead us back to where we are at Home in the Heaven of His perfect love. Amen! \nT  here is no death because the Son of God is like his Father. Nothing you can do can change Eternal Love. Forget your dreams of sin and guilt\, and come with me instead to share the resurrection of God’s Son. Perhaps you think this is accomplished through death\, but nothing is accomplished through death\, because death is nothing.
